This month, we celebrate the many ways individuals and communities come together through remembrance, volunteerism, education, and service to support those who have served our nation. Building on last month’s leadership transition and organizational updates, the Veterans Memorial & Support Foundation continues advancing its mission of community outreach, civic engagement, and attracting the dedicated volunteers who make our work possible.
As we enter a season rich with patriotic observances, remembrance, and service, this edition highlights the Foundation in action – from connecting with our community at the Saratoga Classic & Cool Car Show to preparing for our upcoming September 11 Remembrance Program and National Day of Service.
We’re also pleased to see our volunteer family grow, with new contributors bringing fresh perspectives, professional experience and community connections to the Foundation. Their involvement reminds us that meaningful volunteer service isn’t limited by geography or a single type of contribution.
Fall is one of the Foundation’s busiest seasons, and we invite active-duty service members, veterans, civilians, businesses, and community groups to learn how you can share your time, talents, or treasures in support of our local veterans.
