Lieutenant Colonel P. Walker Pearce-Percy
Walker Pearce-Percy grew up in Los Gatos. Graduating from LGHS in 1997 he went on to graduate from the United States Air Force Academy and receive his commission as an officer in the Air Force in 2001. After completing Air Force Pilot Training, Walker went on to fly the C-5 Galaxy and the KC-135 on active duty serving all over the world and in many different operations and engagements. Through out his active duty career Walker held many leadership positions to include Director of Operations and Chief of Standardizations and Evaluations. Upon leaving Active duty, Walker and his wife relocated back to Los Gatos where they currently live and enjoy raising their daughter in the community they both grew up in.
Walker is currently serving as an Air Force Reserve pilot flying the C-5 out of Travis AFB, Fairfield Ca and will be taking command of the 312th Airlift Squadron. In the civilian world Walker is a pilot for United Airlines where he is currently on the Boeing 777 out of San Francisco International Airport.
As the recipient of multiple Air medals, Meritorious Service medals, and having flown nearly 200 combat sorties Walker knows the importance of foundations that support veterans and first responders. Giving back to those who have served our community with their own sacrifices is of the upmost importance and is the least we can do to show our gratitude.
and transform lives for America’s heroes. Every single penny contributes to delivering the honor, respect gratitude and healing to those who’ve defended America’s freedom.
