Mark Buxton

Mark grew up in southern California and attended USC (Engineering ’74) on a US Naval ROTC scholarship. Mark served in the Pacific as a Submarine Line Officer, including as Missile Officer on an SSBN. After 5 years as a USN officer, Mark then began a 39 year career with AT&T in technical corporate sales, retiring just last year. Mark has been married to the love of his life, Chieko, for 38 years, and they have two sons. Mark is an avid supporter of the military and veterans. He joined the Foundation committee in 2018.

We're able to accept donations in the form of stock, government (including municipal) debt and corporate debt through the Depository Trust Company (DTC). For security, settlement and reduced paperwork, electronic transfer through the DTC is preferred.
